The deployment of personnel is linked to an as yet unspecified hiring period. In the case of deployment, the mutual agreements made are fairly free of obligation. Although this formula provides maximum flexibility along with the unspecified period of employment, the motivation and level of knowledge of the temporary worker are guaranteed. The focus is on maximum freedom for both the hirer and the worker.
Secondment – Customised work and far-reaching agreements
If you prefer far-reaching agreements, we recommend our secondment formula. Such agreements might, for example, include the noncompete clause, the notice period and quality guarantees. The possibilities are almost unlimited. The advantage of secondment is precise matching to your requirements and the guaranteed progress of your project, within a framework of mutual obligations.
Recruitment and Selection – Aims at permanent employment
We find and recruit a suitable employee for you on the basis of the job profile you provide. We achieve this by means of adverts, file searches and our network of business contacts. We make creative use of the various possibilities depending on the vacancy and the situation on the employment market. Recruitment and Selection can be combined with the deployment or secondment formula, if required. You can, for example, hire an employee as a temporary worker initially to enable you to assess the worker’s capacity and then employ him or her on a more permanent footing later. The most appropriate strategy depends on the situation. We will be happy to advise you in this.
Payroll service – do your own recruitment and selection
Do you want to do your own recruitment and selection, but are not keen on the administrative burden? All you have to do is provide a complete employment file for further processing. Van Roosendaal Technisch Uitzendbureau will become the formal employer and we will take care of the entire payroll records and deduct insurance contributions. The customer is the hirer. The Collective Agreement for Temporary Employees is applicable to all employees, male and female.
