We are looking for a field service engineer with a naval background. Who can lead the client with after service and in cases off warranty around the world, for our new build vessels.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with engine failures, electrical and mechanical.
· Support at our shipyards during new build.
· Leading training sessions for clients.
· Performing administrative tasks and preparing project reports.
Skills:
· Secondary vocational education. (MBO)
· Good oral and written command of English and Dutch.
· Independent personality with problem-solving skills and a high degree of customer focus.
· Minimum of 3 year’s experience in the sector of new build vessels.
Knowledge off:
· Hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatics.
· Several safety systems, like gas detection, ESD and mechanical pressure protection.
· Inspections, testing and maintenance off PLC systems.
